3. I placed an order. How can I check its status?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If you haven’t received one, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help you track it.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation or change by contacting us at info@thenaturalist.eu with your order details. Once shipped, orders can no longer be modified.
