2. What are your customer support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM (IST).
We aim to reply to all messages as quickly as possible, usually within one working day.
3. I placed an order. How can I check its status?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If you haven’t received one, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help you track it.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation or change by contacting us at info@thenaturalist.in with your order details. Once shipped, orders can no longer be modified.
5. What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong product?
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience! Please share photos of the package and product with your order number at info@thenaturalist.in, and we’ll resolve it promptly through replacement or refund.
